I present my first Cuy (guinea pig) ... the food eaten here is the indigenous people of Sierra. Our project, she also breeds and in celebration of the dead (All Souls), we have a couple of them slaughtered. Since the children already go on the vacation home we have provided party with them already. The meat is very tender, but has a strong taste.
